Unless otherwise agreed, your Virtual Assistant will be offered
10 days of yearly paid time off after 3 months of employment. Paid time off does not rollover or accumulate over the next year of employment, and will reset every full calendar year starting from the date of employment.
Your virtual assistant must reach out to you or your team for their paid time off to be approved.
In the case of unpaid leave requests, your Virtual Assistant will be required to propose an advanced work schedule to cover the missed work hours prior to the leave dates.
If an advanced work schedule is not possible to cover the missed work, any unpaid leave will be deducted from your next billing invoice.
